Welcome to the Harlequin Watford QR Code Trail. To ensure a fun and fair experience for all participants, please review the following Terms and Conditions:
General Participation
• The QR Code Trail is a free activity open to all members of the public.
• Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• The trail is self-guided and takes place throughout the shopping centre.
• By submitting your details, you consent to the use of your personal data for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
• Your data will be retained for no longer than 30 days after the final prize draw and will then be securely deleted.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting nadia@project2.co.uk.

How to Play
• To begin, participants must scan the starting QR code to receive instructions.
• Participants must locate and scan a total of 9 different QR code stickers hidden around the centre.
• Each scanned QR code reveals a letter.
• Once all 9 letters have been found, participants must decipher the hidden word they spell.
• Participants who correctly identify the word can submit their answer along with their details via an online form to be entered into the prize draw.
Prize Draw
• A winner will be drawn at random each week to receive a prize.
• Only one entry per email address will be counted per week.
• The prize draw resets weekly. Participants may enter again the following week if they complete the trail again.
• Winners will be contacted by Harlequin Watford directly using the details submitted.
• The decision of Harlequin Watford is final.
Data Collection & Privacy
• Data collected via the entry form will be securely managed by Project 2, who will act as the data processor.
• Entrant information will be shared with Harlequin Watford, who will act as the data controller for prize distribution purposes.
• Data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and the Harlequin Watford Privacy Policy.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Code of Conduct
• Participants are expected to act respectfully towards other guests and centre staff.
• Harlequin Watford reserves the right to refuse or withdraw participation from individuals who behave disruptively or violate these terms.
Health & Safety
• Participation in the QR Code Trail is at the attendee’s own risk.
• Please take care when moving around the centre and scanning QR codes.
• In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions of centre staff and security personnel.
Photography & Promotion
• By participating, attendees consent to the use of any photos or footage taken during the trail for promotional purposes by Harlequin Watford and Project 2.
Liability
• Harlequin Watford and Project 2 are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during participation in the QR Code Trail.
Modifications & Cancellations
• Harlequin Watford and Project 2 reserve the right to modify or cancel the trail at any time without prior notice.
• Harlequin Watford and Project 2 reserve the right to modify the prize at any time without prior notice.
• Updates or changes will be communicated via Harlequin Watford’s official channels.
